FUNDRAISING

The skier participation fee covers roughly half of the team’s operating budget.  The NASPC counts on fundraising for the remainder.  It is strongly encouraged for every skier and their parents to participate in fundraising efforts.  

 

Tumbler Sales

This is the one unique item only the Ski Team can sell.  We have all-new tumblers this year selling for $25 each.  We will be looking for parent volunteers to help sell them at big school events like conferences / open houses.  If you or anyone you know want to buy one at any time, check out our merchandise page to email an order.

 

Football Concessions

Determined annually at the spring Boosters’ meeting, each NHS varsity team is part of a lottery drawing to sell concessions at home football games.  This fall our game was on October 2nd and we raised about $1K!.  Every season we need many parents and skiers to make this work, so be on the lookout for the next opportunity.

Kroger Community Rewards Program

Visit http://www.krogercommunityrewards.com. Once logged into your Kroger account search for NORTHVILLE H. S. SKI TEAM either by name or LM750 and then click Enroll. New users will need to create an account which requires some basic information, a valid email address and a rewards card.

Holiday Poinsettia Holiday Sale

Our biggest fundraiser of the year!  Beautiful poinsettias sold by the ski team, with all proceeds going toward our team expenses.  The holiday fundraiser typically runs in November and are delivered in December.

Team Spirit Wear

We open a flash store at the beginning of the season with the most popular items available as a bulk team order to arrive before the holidays.  New for 2022/23 season we will be opening a Team Store that will have  a wider selection of items and individual shipping.  The team receives a portion of the money raised from merchandise sales.
