Mt. Brighton is our home hill. It's owned and operated by Vail Resorts. Getting a season pass for your skier is the best / most affordable way to ensure they can attend all practices and races.
High School Races Take Place on the Far Left of the Front Side [Grand River & Osprey Runs]
The base of the race hill is about a 5-10 minute snowy hike from the lodge
Giant Slalom is the fastest technical event. Gates are set farther apart, with wider turns than SL allowing skiers to reach higher speeds.
Slalom is the most technical discipline. Skiers pass through alternating red/blue gates that are placed 4-6m apart. Skiers often knock over poles to find the fastest line.
